Around evening 4 - 6 pm yesterday in benin city. The bus fell inside the gutter as the learner driver could not cope with the bad spots on the road couple with the other drivers trying to navigate through the traffic

while there was a long queue of people waiting  to enter a bus and a lot of people had to trek because the traffic was so heavy and entering a bus was almost impossible. The traffic was caused by heavy flooding along uselu road up to 5 junction....see more photos
